3. Vitals app data

The Vitals Android app stores all health data locally on your device. We have no access to any readings, notes, or exported files. No data is transmitted to our servers. When you export data, it is your responsibility and under your control.

4. Legal basis for processing

We process contact form data on the basis of legitimate interest (responding to your enquiry) and, where you provide consent, on the basis of that consent.

5. Retention

Contact form emails are retained in our inbox for as long as necessary to handle your enquiry, and no longer than 2 years unless required by law.

6. Your rights
